At Professional Psychological Associates Dr. Stacy Fahlsing and Kris Thackrey, LISW, LICDC, SAP will handle their own scheduling of appointments and clinical telephone calls.

To schedule an appointment with Dr. Stacy Fahlsing please call her at the office, 419-999-2024. Please familiarize yourself with the message on the answering machine. If Dr. Fahlsing does not answer the telephone press option #1 and leave a message with the information requested.

Dr. Fahlsing and Kris begin all sessions at the top of the hour. Most likely they will be available at 5 to 10 minutes to the hour for return telephone calls and scheduling of appointments.

The fee schedule will be agreed upon prior to the first appointment. Please feel free to request the fee schedule when making your first appointment(s).

in-network or out-of-network benefits program and reimbursement schedule.
